We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us hello@shopvixie.com to initiate a return. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving the wrong item). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
