We strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes about 3-7 business days. All orders ship from our office in Florida.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or reshipping of orders due to incorrect address entered at checkout.

All of our pajamas are youth girl sizes.

We do accept returns for store credit only. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us hello@shopvixie.com to initiate a return. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Vixie pajamas are made of high quality super soft 95% modal, 5% spandex. Take care of your pajamas by handwashing or machine washing on the delicate cycle and laying flat to dry. We are not responsible for damages that occur when these instructions aren't followed.

Once orders are placed our team works hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
